They produce rich and well-balanced sound, offer best-in-class noise cancellation for earbuds, seamlessly slip into the Apple ecosystem, and offer decent enough battery life. We regularly see these earbuds drop to $199 and $189, but we'll take that extra $10 price drop any day. It's not quite the lowest price we've seen, but we'd still recommend snagging a pair at this price.
